Any LB Structural product purchased online at www.lbstructual.com can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund.

Refund Policy

LB Structural products purchased online at www.lbstructural.com that are returned unused & in an unopened box within 30 days will receive a full refund of the purchase date. Opened items returned within 30 days of the original purchase will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged goods or on products returned after 30 days of the original purchase date.

All returns are subject to inspection.
